Our History
Sullivan’s Custom Cabinetry began in 1980 when a woodworker, Bob Sullivan, started building cabinets out of his garage. Within 15 years, he would move the business into a shop and grow to approximately 20 employees. However, it wasn’t always an easy ride. In 2008, a devastating tornado demolished the showroom and a portion of the manufacturing center. Instead of folding up, Sullivan’s used it as an opportunity to build an even larger facility and showroom taking the business to the next level.
Just prior to the tornado, a young designer and salesman named Jack Martin joined the Sullivan’s team and in 2015, became the General Manager. Jack started his 30 year career in the cabinet industry in high school sweeping floors at Gold Plane Custom Cabinets in Denver, Colorado. He went on to get bachelor's degrees in technical design and architectural design from Colorado State University. When the Sullivan’s decided it was time to retire, it was a natural transition for Jack and his wife, Stephanie, who has a background in finance, to purchase the business.
Today, Sullivan’s Custom Cabinetry employs over 30 designers, engineers and skilled craftsmen. The company has grown from building basic, entry level cabinetry to now working with some of the most highly renowned architects, interior designers, remodelers and home builders in Oklahoma.
Our Team
At Sullivan’s, we don’t have employees, we have team members. And we believe we have the best team members around. The loyalty of our team speaks for itself - 30% have been team members over 10 years and over 60% for more than 5 years! We even have 3 men who have been with us over 20 years! In addition, our designers collectively have over 60 years of cabinet design experience.

A 8,000 sq ft showroom in the same location as our shop. Our customers can walk from the showroom into our shop and see their cabinets being built.
One of the only manufacturers in Tulsa with our own in-house finishing department, where we create custom finishes to meet our clients’ needs.
